British Canoe Union Courses

North Yorkshire Outdoor Education Service has three Centres which provide BCU training courses. As such we are able to provide courses from beginners to advanced level Canoeing, Kayaking, Sea Kayaking and White Water Safety & Rescue Courses. In addition to this, we also run introductory courses and development courses which do not lead to BCU qualifications.

New Qualifications

The BCU have are still in transition between old and UKCC coach courses. Please enquire as to what scheme your course will be running to. All star awards are now running to the new star awards sylabus.
