Mine Exploration for primary children

A journey into a Mine is a journey back in time. Mining means digging deep underground to find valuable natural materials. The mines we visit were first dug in 1782 but have been looked after so that they are safe to explore. You will get dressed up nice and warm, have your own light on your helmet and together with your team mates you can explore deep into the hillside.   Get in Touch
