Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Bewerley Park has been the home base for outdoor adventures in North Yorkshire for children for over 80 years, and for good reason – the abundance of outdoor activities on its doorstep!
Accommodation
For students:
156 Beds
Dorms sleep from 2 - 18 people
All bedding included (pillows, duvets, extra blankets, etc.)
Some dormitories have their own dedicated toilet, shower, and drying room facilities, and some dormitories share facilities with a seperate drying room
We have smaller dormitories with ramps and accessible bathrooms which are ideal for people with additional needs
For teachers and leaders:
17 Beds for teachers / leaders
Options of 1, 2 and 4 bed rooms
All bedding included (pillows, duvets, extra blankets, etc.)
Some rooms have en-suite bathrooms whilst others have dedicated bathroom facilities
Rooms include kettle with hot drinks tray, and dormitory door intruder alarms

Dedicated staff lounges with TV, hot drink facilities, fridge, and small freezer

Together with many years of experience, and qualifications in all the activities they deliver, our teachers and tutors know how to bring out the very best of real outdoor education adventure for students from primary school to post 16, and beyond.

The staff were fantastic. The learning alongside the activities was age appropriate and relevant. The staff took their time to explain all the activities very well. We had two children with English as a second Language and the staff were great with them and explained things very clearly.
